We are committed to customer satisfaction. If your items are defective, damaged, or incomplete you may request a return or refund within 3 business days of the original date of receipt.
CheetahOfficeSupplies.com will accept returns for any unused, unopened item within 30 days of original shipment.
Instructions for Returns
In order to begin the return procedure you must first submit a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Request.
Please submit your request to returns@cheetahofficesupplies.com and include the following information:
- Your order number
- Item number(s) and quantity of the product(s ) you would like to return
- Reason for return
- Condition of the product (opened/unopened)
Upon approval of your RMA, you will receive your RMA#, a return address, and instructions. Repackage the items and include all original packaging and materials. When shipping we recommend using a shipping provider with proof of delivery such as UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be process and credit issued.
Returns without Authorization
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandize Authorization. If a return is received without prior authorization the shipment may be refused and may be returned to you at your cost.
Return Restrictions
Not all items are returnable, these include: toner & cartridges, electronics, business machines, and consumable products. We will not accept these items unless there is a manufacturer’s defect, or an error in our part.
