Shipping Policy

When will your order arrive?

Orders that are placed and paid for before 2:00 PM (your time zone) normally ship the same business day.   Orders placed on non business hours, weekends and holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.  Most customers receive their order the following business day.   We ship from a network nationwide distribution centers and depending on our inventory additional delivery days may be needed.

Where do we ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous states.

We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Items that cannot be shipped via UPS

Some items such as furniture, file cabinets, and other oversized items are not shipped via UPS.  These items are shipped via common carrier from the nearest warehouse.  Although these orders may still arrive within 1-2 days, please allow 1-4 business days for delivery. A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours to sign.  If no one is available during truck delivery the shipment you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges on further delivery attempts.

Truck Deliveries to Business Addresses

Truck/Common Carrier deliveries do not include inside delivery.   Truck shipments are dock to dock only.  If no dock is available, the delivery driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck.  Inside delivery is available in some areas for an additional charge.  If you require inside delivery please contact us to receive a quote. 

Truck Deliveries to Residential Addresses

Inside delivery is not available to residential or home office addresses.  The delivery driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck.  Inside delivery is available in some areas for an additional charge.  If you require inside delivery please contact us to receive a quote.   Residential delivery is not available in some rural areas of the United States.  You will be contacted if delivery cannot be made to your address.

IMPORTANT – DO NOT DISCARD SHIPPING AND PACKING MATERIALS.   We cannot accept returns (for replacement or credit) that do not have all original packaging.
